"Searching shouldn’t be this much of a project"
Trying to find anything is way more frustrating than it needs to be. The filters keep resetting, which is super helpful if your goal is to waste time redoing the same search over and over. It technically works, I guess, but the whole experience is annoying

"Nice stuff, but the app drives me crazy"
I do like Mytheresa and the items are really nice, but the app was been so annoying to use. It loads slow, freezes when I’m scrolling, and a couple times my cart just vanish out of nowhere.

Checkout on my phone also felt super buggy. I had to restart the app twice before the payment finally go through. For a place selling such expensive things, the app really should be working better. I’ll probably just use the website next time

I checked the sizing guide before ordering, and the fit was mostly okay, but it still ran smaller than I expected. It’s wearable, but a little frustrating when you try to follow the recommendations and it’s not quite right. If sizing keeps being this hit or miss, I’d probably look elsewhere next time

I ordered a bag from mytheresa and everything seemed totally fine at first. The site looked good, the payment went through, and I did get the sense that they take card security seriously, which I appreciate.

Then after I paid, they asked me to do extra order verification, and it just gave me a weird feeling. I couldn’t really tell why it was needed, and even though it probably wasn’t a huge deal, it made me uneasy and delayed things by about a day.

Customer service did reply, but it felt standard and not especially reassuring. The order was eventually approved and shipped, so it worked out, but the whole thing left me feeling like the process could be smoother.

"The stylist tips actually stuck with me"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the stylist help was surprisingly useful. It was just a few simple outfit tips, nothing over the top, but that’s kind of why it worked. Like, I’ll be getting dressed and randomly remember one of the suggestions, then suddenly the outfit looks more put together. Small thing, but it helped.

"Got here eventually, but tracking was stressful"
I ordered this thinking it would show up in time, but the shipping ended up being slower than what was originally shown. The tracking barely updated too, so for a few days I had no idea where the package actually was. Weirdly, I remember checking it while eating a banana at my kitchen counter and it still said the same thing from two days earlier. It did arrive eventually, but I wouldn’t count on it if you need it by a specific date.

"I Am Beyond Frustrated – Urgent Help Needed!"

To the MyTheresa,

I can’t even begin to explain how absolutely heartbroken and furious I am right now. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and I never expected to be treated like this by a company I trusted. The way you’ve handled my issue has been nothing short of a nightmare, and at this point, I am beyond exhausted.

On June 24, 2024, I made a simple mistake—mixing up a return label—and sent my £350 Self Portrait jacket and skirt set to you by accident. Since then, I’ve been trying desperately to get my parcel back, and it has felt like an endless battle with no end in sight.

Here’s how it all went down:

June 2025: As soon as I realized what happened, I tried reaching out to your customer service. I sent email after email, but nothing came back. When I finally tried calling, I couldn’t even understand the person on the other end of the line.

July - August  2024 : After a month of no replies, I got an email from Frederico saying I had to pay for a return label. I couldn’t believe it. THE COMPANY BASED IN GERMANY - LABEL COST 150£ .
I work hard for my money, and that amount just to get my own clothes back is outrageous. Even the cheapest stores online will send back to you without a question- its called Customer Service.

September 2024: I was worried if I pay that much money knowing what can go wrong for example not been picked up from the right place or missing g the slot - I would have to pay that AGAIN. I was going away and I asked if I can solo this out when I get back. Frederico promised me the parcel would be kept safe while I was on holiday. When I came back, I couldn’t reach him anymore. Eleonor took over, but I felt completely ignored by her too. She was slow to respond, and I was left in the dark for so long.

October  2024: Even after all this time, I finally got a return label, BUT I got NO REPLIES from your customer service, JUST AN AUTHOMATIC MESSAGE BACK AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN.

November 2024 I have reached out again, and again  JUST AN AUTHOMATIC MESSAGE BACK AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN

December 2024 I have reached out again, and again  JUST AN AUTHOMATIC MESSAGE BACK AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN.

January 2014 - got absolutely no response. I’m now at February 2025, and I still don’t have my £350 worth of clothing.

Present: All of this has taken so much emotional and mental energy from me. I can’t believe that a brand I trusted has treated me this way. I feel completely helpless and let down.

This has been so incredibly stressful for me. I’ve spent countless hours trying to get someone to reply, and it feels like I’ve been completely ignored. It is devastating. All I wanted was a simple reply - we are available for collection, but I’ve been put through hell just trying to get what’s mine.

This isn’t just about money anymore. It’s about the emotional toll this has taken on me. I feel like I’ve been completely disrespected, and it’s honestly heart-wrenching to know that a company like MyTheresa doesn’t care about its customers at all.

I demand immediate ACTION—RETURN MY PARCEL or give me a full refund. I cannot keep waiting. If I don’t hear from you soon, I’ll have no choice but to escalate this further. I’m at my breaking point, and I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
