Go to MYTHERESA.com, click on women’s clothing, then dresses. They have FULL GROWN MEN modeling WOMENS DRESSES. Why do you guys have to go this route? I have spent HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars with you. Do you know this is where I draw the line? Not one more penny with you. So sick.

I wanted to return a balaclava that didn't fit me well, but unfortunately there wasn't a return paper with the order, so I contacted them via the mail and never got any reply from them, only automated replies that it is very busy.

When I call them the connection continuously gets interrupted. Really bad. Now I am also past the 30 days return time, is this supposedly a trick to have me to keep the item?

Made an order on May 8th and then on May 10th received an email from mytheresa saying my order was delayed and that it would be dispatched the following day. This morning (May 12th) I received another email informing me that my order had been packed - but still not dispatched 2 days later. I have now sent a total of 3 emails and I am yet to receive a response from mytheresa. This is not the service I'd expect from a luxury retailer and needless to say I won't be using their services again.

They are selling fake products! The logo on the shoes are obviously fake, different from the authentic one

Fixed prices in sale comparing to other applications increase the prices before applying discount

Slow to dispatch order and seven day's to receive order.

Better experience from other luxury retailers such as Matches fashion who deliver your order the next day.

Their service is certainly not what you expect to receive from a high end retailer selling goods at (Full retail prices) !

When I place an order before 10am on a Wednesday morning I don't expect to have to wait until Friday to have it processed !

If you have too many orders to deal with at least tell your customers to shop elsewhere !

Too many orders without the staff to process them is NOT MY PROBLEM it's yours! Pull your socks up !!!

Overall a great experience i loved everything about it the shipping was fast and free which i loveee the customer service was really helpful i loved it!!

They are refusing to give me a refund for an item I returned and it is a substantial amount. I used their prepaid DHL label to return the item and they have now told me that there was a different item in the parcel that I sent back. I most definitely sent back the correct item so somewhere along the journey back or else at their warehouse the item has been swapped for something that is probably worthless. I have been told lies by some of their advisors.
